Interest rates structurer, Beijing, $Excellent
A leading bank is looking for a key hire in its exotics rates business in Asia.
This is for a VP level structurer and only candidates with directly relevant experience will be considered. Responsibilities of the role:
-Structuring interest rates products covering both G10 and local currencies (including RMB etc),
-Developing the business in Greater China alongside the sales team,
-Overseeing the pricing of structured products which is conducted by the analysts on the Hong Kong based structuring team,
-Frequent travel, to Hong Kong and to various clients located in Greater China,
-Idea generation particularly of liability focused interest rates structured products. Skills required:
-Minimum of Senior Associate or equivalent level within an Interest Rates structuring team, or a technical interest rates sales team, or an interest rates exotics trading team, with a focus on the Asian market,
-Fluency in local languages such as Mandarin, Shanghaiese etc,
-Extremely strong quantitative background,
-Good communication skills and advanced level spoken and written English,
