Our client, a leading London based asset manager is looking to recruit within their fast growing sales and marketing team.
The team sells and markets products to institutional investors in the UK, Ireland, France and Benelux and they are now looking to add an excellent individual to their marketing/investor relations team.
The team focuses on several Hedge Fund and Fund of Fund related projects and sits next to the sales team.
Key responsibilities:
-Preparing marketing materials on Hedge Funds and Fund of Funds,
-Liaising between the sales and analyst/fund management teams, as well as external clients,
-Interacting with clients on a day to day basis,
-Working on various Hedge Fund and Fund of Fund projects,
-Client support functions.
Key skills required:
-Strong analytical skills,
-Preferably some experience in the Hedge Fund or Fund of Fund space,
-Good academic background from a reputed university,
-Good client facing skills,
-Desire to succeed and hunger to learn more about the alternative investments/fund of fund market.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong academic background looking to complete their CFA/CAIA levels and who has the desire to work in a leading London based asset manager.
The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in both portfolio management and marketing/sales.
